Since 2005, I’ve helped hundreds of MBA applicants get into the world’s leading business schools.
I had moved to Spain to be a writer and teacher.
My two worlds beautifully collided when a GMAT student at the test prep academy I was teaching at asked if I could look at his “MBA essays.” He was applying to INSEAD, so that was 8 essays! At first, I thought I’d just help him with his grammar and style, but quickly realized that he needed a lot more guidance.
Like many talented MBA applicants, he was struggling to answer the essay questions. He needed help identifying his best stories and presenting them in a compelling way that answered the question and helped the admission team to really get to know him.
I coached him to find his voice and create essays and an application that helped him get admitted.
It was thrilling!
Then, another student came to me for help.
She got into Harvard Business School.
Not long after, I expanded beyond application essay advisory to create a full-service MBA admissions consulting firm — the first of its kind in Spain. mbaSpain was dedicated to helping Spaniards access the best business schools in the world.
Very soon, I soon went beyond borders to work with MBA applicants from around the globe – +700 admits to date!
Since then, I’ve established myself as an expert in the MBA admissions consulting industry. I was elected twice to the Board of AIGAC, the leading organization for graduate admissions consultant, and am the current President Elect. I hosted MBA conferences in New York City, Boston, London, Paris and Spain, have visited over a dozen top business schools and spoken at MBA events around the world.
Today, with mbaClarity, my mission is to offer aspiring MBA students, like you, my expertise and guidance to get you into your dream business school. I’m dedicated to taking the mystery, and the misery, out of the admissions process, so that you can apply with confidence, clarity and a kick-ass application!
I love more work with a passion and feel blessed and lucky to do it. GSB’s mission is to “change lives, change organizations, change the world.” Well, I get to change dozens of lives every year and am so honored to do so.
